Four years ago, I started Sires Crown after seeing the difference my homemade kitchen concoction made in my grandson's hair and scalp. What began as a personal journey to care for his crown has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.

As I reflect on these past four years, I can't help but feel incredibly blessed and grateful. Building Sires Crown has been a journey of faith, learning, perseverance, and growth. Through it all, God has continued to bless this journey in ways I never could have anticipated.

Four Years, A Few Lessons Learned

One of the most valuable things I've learned is that no two crowns are the same.

Our hair texture, porosity, environment, and daily habits all influence how our hair responds to care. What works for one person may not work for another, and that's okay.

I've also learned that healthy haircare doesn't have to be complicated.

Take hydration, for example. Many people believe applying more oil will fix dry hair. But water-based hydration and oils serve different purposes. Understanding that difference can help us make better choices for our hair.

And perhaps the biggest lesson of all? Consistency matters more than complexity.

You don't need to chase every trend or fill your shelves with products. Understanding your hair, caring for your scalp, and maintaining a routine that works for you can make a meaningful difference.

These lessons continue to shape the heart of Sires Crown.
